Pelvic Awareness

Wednesday March 15th at 6PM.

Familiarize yourself with Feldenkrais and do a short exploratory pelvic awareness class. Christine Ratschinsky, PT will invite us to explore and improve freedom of movement, body awareness, relaxation response and relief from the effects of stress and shift habitual movement patterns.

Through awareness, one can expand options for new ways of sitting and more efficient, sensitive self use that can be taken into other activities of daily living.
